McSweeney Announces Sippewissett Residential Development

Falmouth, MA – The McSweeney Companies, in conjunction with McSweeney Construction and Development Corp., is currently in development on a 5-acre parcel located in the Sippewissett neighborhood of Falmouth.

McSweeney is constructing six new high-end residential homes which will range in size from 2,800-3,200sf. The healthcare provider has expanded its current location at 147 S. Main St. to include the permanent drive-thru facility, which allows them to safely test for infectious diseases, including COVID-1k Here9 and the flu, and administer the COVID-19 vaccine and the flu shot, all in an outdoor setting.
